The Works Kindness Offensive project partners with landlords to turn empty buildings (that are often awaiting planning permission or tenants); into positive spaces for communities. The Works programme has flourished in extremely large and small spaces, sometimes for weeks while some Works projects have run for several years.
With clear financial and ethical advantages to landlords and communities a wide variety of projects have been made possible through The Works, including free libraries, community centres and business incubation initiatives, which have helped dozens of fledgling enterprises find their feet.

Kinder became the pride of the Kindness Offensive fleet when it was won in a competition run by the White Stuff clothing label, who were searching for the group who could do the most good with it. Kinder is a classic 1965 RCL Route Master, which has been recognised as both the most colourful and greenest Route Master on earth! It is called Kinder, because it is. While other busses charge people to ride, Kinder spends it’s time providing free rides and giving out free gifts.
Kinder is regularly featured on TV and in the papers, and during it’s time with TKO is has been at the centre of several world record-breaking Acts of Random Kindness; in addition to regularly hosting parties, transporting worthy groups to a wide range of fun destinations, attending school fairs, fun days and other socially conscious events (it even took part in Russell Brand’s Trew Era Café opening).
